I've waited about 2.5 years to write this review, but I feel it's my responsibility to warn people to avoid Alair at all costs, especially after competing several customer satisfaction surveys that Alair continued to send us and receiving no response. We completed an extensive renovation of our Annex home with Alair, including underpinning and a second floor remodel, and our project was nothing short of a nightmare. We recently completed a major renovation with Alair Forest Hill and were very happy with the experience. Our project included new windows, doors, millwork, trim, roofing, and HVAC, and from start to finish the Alair team was consistently professional, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. It's been around a year now since we've been back into the house after renos. We could not have been ahppier witht he experience. I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet. We had a sizable job but one that Andrew from Alair called 'in the envelope' I think but it did involve removing a stuctural support and some other larger redesigns.
