Chad, Jonathan, and the team at Alair managed a to-the-studs renovation of our house in Arlington. They did excellent work, were super responsive in communication, connected us with a skilled designer, and overall were highly professional. It can be difficult to find great people in the construction industry, but Alair did excellent work for us. Highly recommended.

October 2025 An update- 3 years on…. I can’t say enough positive things about Chad, Alex, Mike and the rest of the outstanding team at Alair. We moved back in after a year abroad and found several problems created by our tenants in the custom build Alair did.
