Chad and Jason were great to work with throughout our home addition project and finished what was estimated by other contractors to be an eight-nine month project in only six months. One aspect of their process that really helped was selecting all design elements and materials (e.g., fixtures, tile, floors) upfront so that less decisions had to be made once in-field. We recently used Alair to manage a significant expansion of our duplex in Penrose, Arlington and are really happy with their work. Maseeh Exeer led the project, which included a 20 foot addition off the back of the house (including an expanded basement, multiple bathrooms, and a new primary bedroom). We are a full service Interior Design studio and we partnered with one of Alair's clients on a large home renovation that involved 3 of the 4 floors of this client's home.
