Chad, Jonathan, and the team at Alair managed a to-the-studs renovation of our house in Arlington. They did excellent work, were super responsive in communication, connected us with a skilled designer, and overall were highly professional. It can be difficult to find great people in the construction industry, but Alair did excellent work for us. Highly recommended.
What Chad and the Alair team is doing is something special. Chad is one of those special people in the building industry and you simply cannot go wrong with him and his team. My team and I are honored to work with them!
October 2025 An update- 3 years on…. I can’t say enough positive things about Chad, Alex, Mike and the rest of the outstanding team at Alair. We moved back in after a year abroad and found several problems created by our tenants in the custom build Alair did. Chad and Jason were great to work with throughout our home addition project and finished what was estimated by other contractors to be an eight-nine month project in only six months. One aspect of their process that really helped was selecting all design elements and materials (e.g., fixtures, tile, floors) upfront so that less decisions had to be made once in-field. We recently used Alair to manage a significant expansion of our duplex in Penrose, Arlington and are really happy with their work. Maseeh Exeer led the project, which included a 20 foot addition off the back of the house (including an expanded basement, multiple bathrooms, and a new primary bedroom). Maseeh kept us updated at every step in the project, deftly handed numerous complications that could have really slowed the timeline, and provided valuable insight to us along the way.
