My first appointment they were not ready at the appointment time. I waited almost an hour before getting my service and it was my birthday. I thought maybe it was an off day, so I tried to get a service again, because I did like my last service. My husband booked the appointment for 4pm today. He made sure they understood it was for 4pm for two pedicures, and again they weren’t ready. They said we booked it for 4:30 pm which wasn’t true. I love this place and everyone is so friendly. One of the best nail techs in Memphis, Miss Tati keeps me looking stylish and fly. Thanks for taking me out of my comfort zone Tati!! Absolutely awful. Didn’t communicate well with each other so the lady who was doing my nails didn’t put chrome on like requested. And then tried to say they couldn’t take off the top coat and put chrome on. Went somewhere else to get them fixed and after removing the dip we found out they had destroyed half my nails.
I love getting my nails done here they always know how to make a person comfortable while providing excellent service! Taty is amazing and the only person to touch my hands and feet.
I must say that Tati always does a great job doing my nails and feet, and everyone is so nice !!!!!!
