This place deserves no stars. My husband and I got tested Friday morning at 8am and didn’t get the promised results (by end of day 11:59pm). I even called the company at 9pm CT to inquire about our results and they said not to worry, we would get them via email by 11:59pm. All night I waited. Nothing. I emailed them at 3am. Nothing. As a result, we could not board our flight the following morning because we couldn’t produce our PCR results.
