Visited Dr. Alaina Schmidt's office of Great Expressions Peachtree City on 12-4-24 for two reasons. Severe and increasing pain in one of my back molars to determine if a root canal had to be done and a cleaning. X-rays showed the molar was cracked, and a root canal and crown would be necessary. I was also informed that a “deep” cleaning was required over a standard cleaning. I questioned the cleaning, but I am not a dentist. I felt rushed by Dentist. Doesn’t explain things well. She is rough with the needle. Three days later and I still feel sore from her jabs. My eye, not just my jaw, was numb for almost two hours!! Could NOT do a simple filling without having to return to TRY and smooth it out. When she struggled and made excuses, I said I was done before she made it worse. I will have to live with it until I find a new dentist. I will not go back. I hate it. The staff is amazing. I will miss my hygienist, her, not so much.
