I’m a member Of UPMC health plan and a patient of this office. Anytime you want anything done paperwork, wise or medication wise? It takes them at least three days to do it. I’m an RN supervisor and if I don’t do my job by the end of the day I get fired who gets fired in here. Total waste of time don’t go
This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life of any business! Stay away.
The arrogance and horrible customer service should absolutely be avoided at all costs. This practice refuses to even discuss FMLA with a patient despite being a reasonable request (even after seeing urgent care and multiple video appointments). The staff is rude and not understanding. Go elsewhere.
