I am in a horrible mental state and was seeking a therapist. They directed me to this 6 month program, had me do an intake and then they canceled my first appointment. I initially sought help six weeks ago and i sit here today with nothing to show for it. Cant even answer their phone at 11:30 on a buisness day. Glad to know no one cares about me even if i pay them.
I don't recommend this office. If you really want someone who cares about your health and not just your $$$ Go somewhere else.
I definitely don't recommend this office. THEY ARE VERY RUDE... they canceled my appointment on me after I had to take a day off.. upon rescheduling, I showed up 4.5 mins late (within thier 5 min late policy) ...where they canceled my appointment saying that they did not have enough time to accommodate me.. even though they could reschedule me for the same day 3hrs later. I’m a member Of UPMC health plan and a patient of this office. Anytime you want anything done paperwork, wise or medication wise? It takes them at least three days to do it. I’m an RN supervisor and if I don’t do my job by the end of the day I get fired who gets fired in here. Total waste of time don’t go
