These people are not professional. We had our pool installed in April. There were there :"blemishes" in the pool. After several texts and calls with Mandy and Ken we were told we needed to go through the manufacturer about the warranty repairs. The manufacturer told us we would have to deal with Alaglas directly. Alaglas finally contacted us with a date to repair the spots. They told us WE would have to drain the pool at a cost to us.
