I really like.. – As soon as I pulled up I realized I never knew this place existed! Its a very nice facility that is not big like all of the other ones. It is family owned and operated and it really does feel like home there. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The administrator Glenda was very friendly and also very helpful. The tour was great! I love the size of the rooms and the activites! Wow! i needed to talk to some one but the number i called just put me through to their v-mail
new management is awful – Everytime I tried to talk with someone they were in there office. unable to talk. forget about the phone. You think with the owners daughter running the place she would have customer service. The staff is great. But somethings need work. My mom was in the special unit always in bed asleep no activities as promised. If you tried to talk with someone no answer finally had to pull my mom out. Dont suggest for anyone to move in.
retirement home i didn't want to put my father in law in a home. but we couldn't care of him like he needed to. the staff at alafia are outstanding. i feel very comfortable he is being care better than we could of.great job. the rooms are perfect size and very clean.
