My wife and I eat here often as she LOVES this food. I also have grown into it and everything that we have ordered over the past 2 years has been great! Usually get Lamb or beef centered pitzas or wrap styled meals. The rice is cooked perfectly and there are many options for sauces/spices. They also have killer deserts!
First time here, they were a bit busy and we understand for the delay. Service was good. Our server is nice and attentive. Food wise, I’m not sure if I just order incorrectly or it was done wrong but I ordered the Shish Kabob Plate for $22. It came as shown in the photo. 8 pieces of beef and a plate of rice. I’ve been to other Aladdin’s Eatery locations and have always had good experiences, which made the New Albany location especially disappointing. We had a server whose name I can’t recall, but when an issue came up, it was handled poorly by management. I interacted directly with the manager, who’s name was Shawn if I recall correctly, and his response came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The situation was never genuinely addressed.
