Absolutely the worst job I have ever seen. 30 mins of service for $220.00. Would not recommend at all, had to give a star so I could give a review, other than that BIG ZERO!!!
HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT USE ALADDINS MAGIC CARPET CLEANING. Would put 0 stars if I could!!! The pictures attached show our carpet AFTER the cleaning.... Our carpet came out looking much worse. Shelby failed to let us know any prep work that needed to be done before the cleaning. Shelby went ahead and continued with the service seeing the carpet full of dust and small particles knowing it was going to make it worse and simply NOT CARING ABOUT IT. We hired to clean two bedrooks for 100$ before a move and inspection. It was not indicated or said that we needed to do any prep work on the carpets ourselves. While main of the carpets were cleaned, there was considerable dirt and debris on the edges of the carpet. Upon calling to have the edges done, we were told that we should have done prep work before their arrival and that the end state of the carpets was our fault. Would definitely make sure you know what specifically is being cleaned and done before hiring.
