A few years ago we ordered two outside doors from Aladdin and loved their work so much that we ordered another outside door and an inside door. They were very patient with us because we did not exactly know what we wanted for our back door. We talked several times and came up with a perfect solution. Very responsive (make sure to check your email quite often because Gerry IS quick.) Price point was good for us, especially in these times.
Aladdin just installed a new entry door and storm door for us. This was not easy due to the fact it was replacing a 40 year old Anderson hurricane door. It's so nice to have a storm door with a built in screen that actually closes. When you pull down the upper window it pulls down the screen so no screen is visible when the window is closed. Thank you Aladdin, Gerry, Terry, Ryan, Bryan and the entire team.
I got new windows to replace the original windows on my home (from the 60s) and they are amazing. They’re so easy to open and they keep my house nice and warm. We also got a new door. I love my door! They sent me a link to design my door and it was so much fun! I’m obsessed with the way it came out. The guys who installed the doors and windows were super professional and efficient.
Terrible prices, did a poor job at our home in Cheshire. Disrespectful supervisor and staff. There are many other companies to use in the area. They do not care.
Gentleman came out, he showed me how the manual and electric functions worked, he took measurements, I expressed my enthusiasm for the product and he promised to show many more design and fabric options but he never called again or sent the free estimate. Too bad.
