Excellent service! I'm extremely grateful that a place like this exists. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We took our vacuum here to get serviced and they told us point blank what is wrong with it and what it needs. However they said, it's extremely difficult to find parts for. Which is understandable. I also inquired about some of there used vacuums that they fixed up and had for sale.
