Very negative experience. I recently took my car in (which had an engine light on) for full service and MOT, passed without issue apparently but lo and behold the engine light returned after a few days so I took it back and they said a part costing £800 needed changing. When I queried why this wasn’t looked into at the time of the servicing they said they reset the engine light simply so it would pass the MOT and it apparently wasn’t part of the job spec to look into why it was on. Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. Took my car in for a diagnostic, and when the three and a bit grand estimate was worked out, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. 10/10
Apsolute rip off they charged my wife £450 for a service on an A Class. Mercedes quote it me £380.They have put things on the bill that they haven't done. When I called to complain the owner put the phone down on me and told me to go there and speak with his technician.Strange!
Really great people who helped me when Halfords left some work unfinished on my car - took it down and they had me sorted and on the road again in about ten minutes, and didn't charge me a penny. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!
Lovely team. I was briefly in Oxford for work, and on the journey my car started rattling very loudly. Called them up in the morning and they looked at it and fixed it there and then in a matter of minutes!
