If I could give it zero stars I would. Brake discs + pads front and back plus a small service in excess of £900. It would be cheaper taking it to a main dealer. They did not update the 80 year old customer on the anticipated cost. Hugely disappointed and will NOT be returning again. Unfriendly staff too.

Showed up without an appointment and asked if they could fix my undertray which was loose on one side. The guys fixed it then and there for free, really kind of them. Would definitely go back to them for future issues.
Aladdin is a family run garage with a long history of providing fast and reliable MOTs, servicing and repairs to the Oxford public, right from the heart of Jericho. They are a knowledgeable bunch and having used them for well over a decade now, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for any and all car and van repairs. Friendly with great customer service and a very open and fair pricing policy, they remain by far the best garage in the area and likely the best I've encountered anywhere.
Very negative experience. I recently took my car in (which had an engine light on) for full service and MOT, passed without issue apparently but lo and behold the engine light returned after a few days so I took it back and they said a part costing £800 needed changing. When I queried why this wasn’t looked into at the time of the servicing they said they reset the engine light simply so it would pass the MOT and it apparently wasn’t part of the job spec to look into why it was on.
