We have been using Aladdin for a few years now and thought I should leave a review. The customer service is A+. Karen who usually answers the phone is very accommodating! She has never let me down, even with my flight changes and delays. My flight was even diverted from Sacramento to SFO once and she happened to have a car there and without missing a beat, i was on my way home. My wife was so glad she didn't have to drive down to pick me up. The drivers are great and always help with our luggage and open the doors for us....... read more
