I went to get my gold ring resized, it was from a much larger size to a size 5. When I received it, the part that was supposed to close wasn’t completely smooth, also was thinner. I’m not sure if he’s supposed to give me the excess metal or not, but I feel maybe I got scammed. I don’t have a lot experience with resizing, so I didn’t measure the weight before and after. Just something doesn’t feel right.

Amazing service. They are knowledgeable about watches and serviced a very valuable timepiece from the 1940’s for me as well as many other timepiece. Top tier service, on top of the best prices I’ve found. 10/10 all around.

Went there on Friday to get a ring resized, and the guy behind the counter was so sweet and honest with his work, he advised me on what the best way to resize the ring would be and for an excellent price too. God bless him, need more genuine working people like that.
