Randy, Brittany, and the entire Aladdin staff have been awesome to work with. They even went out of their way to help us with a broker who disappeared without paying us. Their invoice processing is pain-free, and they provide us with a nice portal to check broker credit ratings to avoid fraud and other problems in this difficult time in the trucking industry. Run for your life!!! don't waste your time and effort with this company they are a scum, lie and manipulate you! They will release you and ask for fees that they can not prove. They will sell you on low rate but have so many hidden fees!!! I spoke Abby, she is really rude and not helpful at all. Horrible, HORRIBLE. Please beware of the sweet talk from Heidi, she sounds like she cares but when you advise that there is a problem and that it was their fault she gets EXTREMELY aggressive. After 2 years and ZERO invoices factored they decline to release our UCC without penalty. We reached out on several occasions requesting help with factoring to which they would simply respond "No buy" we never heard from them with any follow ups of any kind. It was always us reaching out for help and never getting it.
