They have cleaned my hand woven rugs for 20+ years and ALWAYS do an amazing job! I also have really great rug pad from them that keeps my rug in place and leaves them with a cushiony feel! They even pick them up and deliver them and everyone is always so nice!
Scheduled to come out, wasted 2 hours waiting since they never showed up or called.
Aladdin has cleaned just about everything in my house... rugs, upholstery, stone, carpet! I LOVE them! Everyone is SO nice and helpful! Can't say enough great things about the staff and their capabilities, super knowledgeable!
Called, they picked up my phone call said nothing and hung up. They don't give a darn about your business
