I used Aladdin for years. I lived in several states tried a total of 8 cleaners and none of them can hold a candle to Aladdin. I live in New Jersey again and commute 40 minutes to use them, because I know I can trust them. I never had damaged shirt, or a missing button. Any time there are any issues they make certain to communicate them in advance. The woman who works behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. She completely ignored me when I came in, then when she finally decided to acknowledge me she was very impatient when I tried to explain what alterations I needed. This is ironic since she made me wait so long. I immediately walked out and went across the street to Boro Cleaners where they greeted me with a friendly smile and treated me with respect.
Collars and cuffs came back dirty for all the three shirts I gave(something that I could have easily cleaned at home). The owner was not at all apologetic, did not offer to do them again and told me that if I am so picky I should take my business elsewhere.
Clothes were not ready when promised. Clothes were not pressed. And the order was returned backward - what was to be folded was hung and vice versa.
