Do not use this company! Not only did they do a terrible job the 1st time, they try to sell you products you don't need. I called and complained. They sent another employee, who agreed with me that the carpets weren't cleaned properly, and he told me that the guys who came before were lazy! I asked for refund on a product that was sold to me the 1st time around, that the 2nd guy told me I didn't need, only to be hung up on and my calls and emails ignored! THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, TIME, OR HEADACHE!
