I had 2 gentleman come and clean my carpets. I gave more cash than asked by mistake. I was called this morning letting me know that I have overpaid. The honestly from the staff amazes me. I am so thankful. I have always used the company but this left me speechless...thank you..thank you

I recently had a disappointing experience with Aladdin Carpet. I hired them to clean my wool rug, but unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. Firstly, it became apparent that the company didn't have the expertise in cleaning wool rugs. Wool requires delicate handling, and it seems they lacked the necessary knowledge and skills for this specific material.
