I had 2 gentleman come and clean my carpets. I gave more cash than asked by mistake. I was called this morning letting me know that I have overpaid. The honestly from the staff amazes me. I am so thankful. I have always used the company but this left me speechless...thank you..thank you

I recently had a disappointing experience with Aladdin Carpet. I hired them to clean my wool rug, but unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. Firstly, it became apparent that the company didn't have the expertise in cleaning wool rugs. Wool requires delicate handling, and it seems they lacked the necessary knowledge and skills for this specific material. Sent in an area rug and got it back in the same state it left the house in. Vacuumed the rug for 1 hour and filled half a garbage bag with the dust. Wish I would have taken before and after photos. It seems they just forgot to touch the rug and thought to return it anyway. There were even small bits of dog toys that took 10 seconds to clean up still on the rug when we got it back.
