Very rude and unprofessional when i called for a quote on cleaning. I was shopping around for the best price and I found that Hannaford rents out carpet cleaners for 24 hours for only $30. But I like to compare prices obviously so I called to find out and he quoted me like $150 or something in that range and when I told him I was looking for something cheaper he said “why do you think you’re going to get some idiot to come out to your house for Cheap?!”..... I’m going to have to disagree with the negative reviews i see here. Mark and his team have cleaned our carpets and upholstery for the last 5 years. His crew works very hard and the results speak for themselves. As a parent of young children and a dog owner, I own a carpet cleaner similar to what you can rent at the grocery store. It’s great for spills but can’t begin to compare to the results of a thorough professional cleaning.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I asked for a quote for several rooms and throw rugs. He seemed shocked that I would not want the throw rugs taken OUT for cleaning (WHY if I am having everything else done IN my house?). His quote was almost double the other 3 I had gotten, so I told him that it was high and I would be going with another cleaner. We're moving to a new house and was looking to get quotes in the area but was astounded when assuming the owner called back and left a voicemail with the most unprofessional message we've heard in our life. First of all, he couldn't remember if he had got our text, email (we emailed through the website) but the worst part being he wanted all the dimensions of the rooms followed by "So we can have an INTELLIGENT conversation" as if we were some low intelligence creature beneath him.
