First of all, this is not a fake review and I’m not a bot. The employees here were so helpful and friendly! After being treated like animals in the jail even though we were respectful, it was such a relief to find people cared here. I didn’t have the 10% of my bail but they worked with me and got me out with half and they are letting me make payments on the rest. Plus it’s very easy to get to. Thanks again everyone!
Cynthia went above and beyond for me. She had worked all night, then stayed 3 hours after her shift to ensure that my bail posted. She even had a ride waiting for me when I was released. 5 star service from start to finish!
I appreciate everything Aladdin has done for me
Erika was greater at getting me the help I needed real fast and she was very courteous, professional and understanding. Thanks Aladdin
If I could I would give this place a zero star rating, I had went in today in the morning got seen by Erica Perez she is the definition of very unprofessional was telling her my situation and she kept taking over me not letting me explain and had a very nasty attitude towards and giving me a very nasty look she definitely made me feel very uncomfortable with her due to this experience I will never be coming back to this place because of people like her.
