Had an excellent experience with Adam and Jodi. The resulting appraisal was three thousand less than what I had offered and ultimately led to a two thousand dollar discount on the sale price, so the appraisal easily paid for itself in my case. I also really appreciated that they worked through a holiday to deliver the appraisal on time based on my timeline for the purchase and sale agreement.
Aladdin Appraisal did a great job for us. Right from the start, every step was explained; communications and scheduling were friendly and made easy. The appraisal took place on-time; it was thorough, and the final package was delivered within the time frame requested. Aladdin gets our highest recommendation.
Adam & Jodie were very communicative from the start. They scheduled our inspection, showed up on time and turned over the appraisal quickly within the next week. It was a pleasure to work with them. I scheduled my inspection from Georgia and flew up to visit parents in Acton Mass and they got me fit in to their busy schedule ! Thanks again to both Adam & Jodie for an accurate appraisal !

I had a challenging appraisal question about my property and Aladdin Appraisal was very helpful and knowledgable, I appretiate your help!
