Overpriced and only want business with people who use them on a regular basis. We have a HVAC certified maintenance technician who mostly does our work, he was on vacation, and we had 3 Units go out, so it was an emergency. I called Aladin they said we don't call them as often as we used to, so they don't want to help us at all or do any business with us.
Excellent overall experience with Aladdin. Timely response, quality repair and reasonable rates. If you need help and want to be treated right, give them a call.
god awful customer service terrible makes appointments and cancels and awful service. Do not recommend at all.
What a fabulous company! Called with some electrical issues and a service tech was at my house within an hour! He was able to diagnose a difficult problem and explained everything along the way. From the first phone call to the fix, I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I talked to. Highly recommend!
