My insurance adjuster recommended this worthless so called business to us. It is a good thing I checked them out and found out they are not an accredited business with the BBB. So what does that tell you? You can spend all day reading all the bad reviews. About 6 pages of complaints.
I had a house fire and my insurance company has a contract with these bozos, so I didn't have any choice. My experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least! There were worthless in finding me temporary housing - I had two Realtor friends pitch in and all Alacrity did was to slow everything down! If you can avoid this company, I would highly recommend you do so!
