Terrible customer service. I bought one ladder from them and was happy with it. So then i bought a second one which was a total disaster. The ladder was delayed, was the wrong size and they took zero responsibility, even though it was clear in our email chain what the ladder was being bought for. The customer service people were not engaged at all. I would not buy from them again, even though I liked the first ladder. Second not at all the same as first, and at no time was this discussed with me.
For my small business i needed a 10ft library ladder. i was not expecting this to be such an expensive endevour, and did tonnes of research before settling with the cheapest option i could find - still a whopping $1000 through rockler...... they had the worst sales system i have ever encountered, to get the ladder i needed to order over 10 seperate componants that were not lumped together, and were not listed together on the website, so i had to go through an agent and ask what was needed..... then after a week i got an emai... read more
