3/7/25 I just called about the rentals & availability. The property manager was extremely helpful. He offered a lot of suggestions & ever provided information regarding pets. Unfortunately there were no units available at this time, but was told to call back anytime if I needed information seeing that I'm new to the area. I wished there had been a unit available!

Genuinely terrible management, they have poor communication, invasive and unnecessary inspections, have been very hypocritical, going back on things they previously told me were okay to later tell me i was in violation of me contract. Etc. Please do not move here or support their business unless you have NO WHERE else to go.

Alachua Villa apartment is not a place want move at not family oriented ,poor management ,not very honest I have not had A/C in my apartment since March it's October 20 th I also have medew in my apartment he place with window shacker March came took one out last week give to another person didn't clean so he doesn't care about your health I have asthma lung infection cause of poor living Condition ,he said no pets allowed pets out here he has two ,he let his friends park wherever take up parking space,we brought second car ... read more

This used to be a really nice place but lately it has gone downhill. The AC is broke in the hottest month so far and management isn’t doing a thing anything about it. It’s been 5 days. Says two times someone is on the way and no one shows up. Management is dodging questions. Now they are trying to take a window unit out of another unit without being cleaned and put it in.
