Kyle and Zoe are great! We were closing on two houses on the same day as the seller and the buyer. They stepped up and took up slack from the other title company handling the documents for both deals. If we ever need it again, we would go to Alachua Title first. Great service and they are very attentive.
Kyle and Zoe were great! They made the whole title process smooth and were ready for any changes when we had issues arise. They even squeezed in a closing same day which never happens. Would absolutely recommend them.

As the broker for Splash Realty, Alachua Title Services has been my go-to closing company for approximately seven years. I find ATS to be very responsive, Kyle to be very knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with.
