Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived at 6:44 PM and paid $32 for a wash, polish, and vacuum. At no point was I told that I wouldn’t have enough time to actually use the services I was paying for. The vacuum is self-service and apparently runs on a timer—which was never communicated—and it shut off while I was only about a quarter finished. Very courteous staff. Very nice and efficient facility for getting my Pathfinder clean. I will be returning as my SUV needs washing and I am in the Alabaster area. Returned today. Excellent service. Chase made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Great service.
Sad to leave, but service was great, vacuums worked well, plenty of towels and cleaning solution. Would recommend to anyone
Great inexpensive car wash with self service vacuum, towels and glass cleaner. Only needs to have longer vacuum hoses, to prevent customer from having to turn the vehicles around to get trunk vacuumed.
