I’m the type that will pay for convenience even if I have to get up early..lol I love that the hair is included because I don’t have to go all over the beauty supply store to find the correct hair products needed! My Appointment was at 4am and even with only 2 braiders in my thick natural hair I was out by 8/815 ish. Very clean, professional, and excellent service! Thank you!!! I love my rose gold blend.

This was such a disappointing experience. On top of her yelling at an employee for everyone to hear at 4:30 in the morning, I basically paid $400 to have my head played in. I asked for small knotless braids with small parts all the way through. Did not get that. Was charged extra to add bohemian hair into the braids and then when asked to add more hair I was told they had already done me a favor by adding more then they normally do. I have long thick hair my hair was braided in a short amount of time and it isn’t bulky. The atmosphere is very pleasant and I also met some wonderful ladies.
