I definitely recommend seeing Dr Hubbard if your animal has skin issues or something going on with their ears. Although the condition my dog suffers from is rare she was very upfront and honest with me she examined my dog listen to me ramble. Most importantly she was honest and fair and definitely would recommend seeing her for your pets skin and allergy issues. The only negative thing I can say is that she will not agree to be your personal veterinarian, 😉
As this was my dog’s first visit, I initially found Dr. Hubbard pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, any confidence I had in the practice was undermined by my interaction with her veterinary assistant, Victoria Womack, which was entirely unacceptable and deeply distressing. I have over 25 years of experience in customer service, and I have never been treated with such disrespect. My first interaction with Dr. Hubbard and her team was incredible. I am hopeful we are on the road to recovery. We have a clear plan of care for the first time in a while! They provided an estimate up front and were transparent throughout the process. Thank you!
