This company took over the management of a property mid way through my lease. They failed to return the entire security deposit. When asked for an itemized list per the lease they sent a series of pictures (no list) showing normal wear and tear of interior paint as well as wall defects that existed prior to moving in. They also failed to provide working appliances for the duration of the lease and would not return emails inquiring about compensation for their failure to uphold our lease. Do NOT use this company!!
