Albertville location of Emblem Credit Union is the most unprofessional location I've ever been. Went in at 11:20 a.m. to open new savings and checking accounts to transfer my banking from Montgomery. Two people that can open new accounts and one was already gone to lunch 2 hours after opening. The one that was in her office (red head in corner office), was having a "hen party" gossip session with a customer instead of waiting on those of us sitting in the lobby waiting on her.
