If I could leave no stars I would. I just opened a new account with this bank and the first check I ask to be cashed, I was told was deposited into my account and would have to wait the 5-7 business days on the account of it being a new account. Two weeks went by and when I noticed it wasn't even showing as a pending deposit I called the bank. The teller that answered tried to tell me she was transferring me to the Albertville branch, which is the exact location I called, and would be transferred to the head teller but she w... read more
Takes forever to process your spending and does not give you your actual account balance on your app. Pending leaves me questioning if it's already been taken out or what.
