My psychiatrist is absolutely lovely, however I have CONSISTENT issues with the staff.
Absolutely worthless waste of time appointment got rescheduled 3 times until I just cancelled it you’ll never make an appointment that they will keep
Murry told me to stay on a medication that made me feel worse , till i took myself off after having multiple breakdowns. And refuses to return my call asking for help and explaining that the antidepressant was making me worse.
Seems to be a general consensus on scheduling issues. As someone who really needs help and finally reached out, not only did they send SEVEN emails of confirmation and SIX text messages, letting me know I would be charged if I cancelled, Maggie was essentially a no-show.
