Murry told me to stay on a medication that made me feel worse , till i took myself off after having multiple breakdowns. And refuses to return my call asking for help and explaining that the antidepressant was making me worse.
Seems to be a general consensus on scheduling issues. As someone who really needs help and finally reached out, not only did they send SEVEN emails of confirmation and SIX text messages, letting me know I would be charged if I cancelled, Maggie was essentially a no-show. If I could give them zero, I would. Set up an appt 2 weeks ago for 8am, recieved a text immediately after saying 7am. Seems a little early to open, but I thought not a problem, more than likely for paperwork. I arrive at 645. They don't open until 745.... I go in at 745 and explain I was scheduled for 7. Receptionist confirms the appt was at 7 in their system. She then proceeds to try and fit me in for an 8 o'clock. Tells me I can actually see who I wanted to at 8. Awesome.
