Don’t bother with this place! I was a patient for 4 years, then they were sold, and my daughter has been a patient for 4 years. They will let you run out of medication rather than answer a phone, return a phone call or fix the problem.

My NP never keeps up with when my meds are due. I like her enough though and she acts like she's trying to help, but I always have to write and request meds on the patient portal. Well, I tried to do this tonight. The new website is awful since they became Ally Psychiatry and I can't access the Patient Portal even though I found where to click on it on the new website. it's been a week without my medication that i need to help with my severe adhd and i finally got an appointment and i am still waiting on my medication 24 hours after the appointment. the patient care is horrible. they don't care.

It is impossible to get someone on the phone. I left voicemails and sent portal messages with no response. My appointment was cancelled In July due to no fault of my own, I just received a text stating it was canceled with no explanation as to why. I then rescheduled for next available which was August. I was told they could not refill my medication since I have not be seen in a certain amount of time. But they are the ones that canceled my original appointment? My doctor is lovely, but this place is awful. They cancelled my appt without notice, their website doesn’t actually allow me to schedule an appt online, and I am convinced that no one actually answers calls or checks messages. We have called every location and selected every option. We have left message after message. My medication is not the kind you can stop taking abruptly without severe reactions, and I only have a few days left. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
