My doctor is great, but dont expect to ever be able to reach anybody about your care or medications. After 12 calls and 6 messages spread over 30 days, I still have not received a single callback/message to tell me why my prescription hasnt been sent to my pharmacy; all I've ever asked for was an update about what else I need to do and they cant even do that. They'll absolutely make sure to call you immediately about making a payment though..
If you need help with your mental health, I recommend Ally Psychiatry in Gadsden, Al. I see Haley Gooch CRNP, via telehealth visits and she is so easy to talk to. I am very pleased with the service they provide.
No. Go somewhere else. Jessica Davis was supposed to schedule me for another appointment. She did not. Now, my meds have run out and I have had to go to my GP to have them refilled. This was after leaving several messages with no response. This was to be my third visit. On my first visit, the receptionist was answering phone calls on speaker....that should have been my red flag to leave right then. I wish I would have.
Newest Update 5/29/25: I'm beyond pissed with this place. I was supposed to have my appointment that I listed in my previous update, but STILL NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK OR RESPONDED. Turns out they charged my card for my copay the next day!!!!! Who charges their customers a copay when THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT??? Run far far from this place.
