DO NOT GO HERE. The first 2 visits were great with Victoria Smith, but at that second visit I was told I would receive a call to setup my next appointment for 3 months. I called to check my appointment status and was told I didn't have one. I was low on medication and was able to get in with a different provider (I needed mornings instead of afternoon appointments). After years of depression and numerous providers, this clinic gives me hope for help! Warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Ms. Smith, the NP is knowledgeable, caring and always happy to help.
Stay away from this place if you want to feel heard, understood and not judged for your neurodivergence. If I could give negative stars I would. My appointment was with Haley Samano. I was told my first appointment had to be in person but when I got to the office I was taken to a room then sat in front of a computer screen for a video visit, which had such a crappy connection that the video call froze multiple times. I would take the advice from another review of this place and stay as far away from here as you can. I went two times and was seen by the same nurse, she refused to prescribe the medication that I had been on from my prior licensed psychiatrist, so I found a psychiatrist. I didn't realize that these people didn't understand what HIPPA rules are and that it's illegal to discuss patients medical information.
