As a medical professional. This place is ridiculous and they practice patient neglect in care daily. They NEVER call you back. They promise to deliver your medication prescriptions on time, yet, not once have they in over 6 months. My wife has done everything they have asked, we are never late with appointments, labs, drug screens, or payment. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get refills for my mother. Even talked to the office manager who told me she would take care of it but she has not. I would suggest to go somewhere else. They obviously do not care about their patients. Very unhappy with this place.
Abandoned and ghosted completely by Haley Gooch(Samano). I was supposed to have a second Telehealth appointment on my birthday, but it was rescheduled since she was sick. At the rescheduled appointment I was left sitting in the Telehealth lobby for OVER AN HOUR. Afterwards I've tried contacting them on several occasions to get a follow up scheduled or some word on what may have happened. UPDATE: I am editing this review to add thay upon calling my pharmacist to see if they could put in a request for a refill (hoping this would get a response) I was told this office NEVER responds to refill requests. This it pathetic! I hope no one else has to go through this rediculousness!!! Im having the same problem as the last review I just read. I love my Dr and totally understand home comes first or just things happen but a system should totally be in place for those of us who are on controlled substances. Or anyone on any medication. My appointment was canceled yesterday for something i totally understand from my Dr but im having to call so many times and am getting no medication sent into the pharmacy at all.
