I would take the advice from another review of this place and stay as far away from here as you can. I went two times and was seen by the same nurse, she refused to prescribe the medication that I had been on from my prior licensed psychiatrist, so I found a psychiatrist. I didn't realize that these people didn't understand what HIPPA rules are and that it's illegal to discuss patients medical information.
Alabama Psychiatry seems to be a semi-conglomerate as it appears to have no actual providers in local offices. I truly do not really know who I have been dealing with via email and text in working with this "practice". I requested counseling and was placed with a LCSW over 300 miles away. She did not like to talk. Her only question was, "What would you like to talk about today?" and I would conduct the session by counseling myself. As a medical professional. This place is ridiculous and they practice patient neglect in care daily. They NEVER call you back. They promise to deliver your medication prescriptions on time, yet, not once have they in over 6 months. My wife has done everything they have asked, we are never late with appointments, labs, drug screens, or payment. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get refills for my mother. Even talked to the office manager who told me she would take care of it but she has not. I would suggest to go somewhere else. They obviously do not care about their patients. Very unhappy with this place.
Abandoned and ghosted completely by Haley Gooch(Samano). I was supposed to have a second Telehealth appointment on my birthday, but it was rescheduled since she was sick. At the rescheduled appointment I was left sitting in the Telehealth lobby for OVER AN HOUR. Afterwards I've tried contacting them on several occasions to get a follow up scheduled or some word on what may have happened.
