Very courteous and informative, business like and covered my needs. Jessica is great. She has my meds where they need to be. She takes time with me to discuss how things are going.
I’ve repeatedly tried to contact my care provider Haley Gooch for a refill on my medication well in advance of when I was going to run out. This was weeks ago now, now I’ve completely ran out and I have gotten no one to pick up the phone, and no one was returned my voicemails which I’ve left multiple of at this point.
