If i could give them zero stars I would. I never had a bad experience with them in Montgomery. I moved and tried to make an appointment in December. The first available appointment was in March. When March rolled around I needed to reschedule. Turns out they did not put me down for the date I was told. My appointment was rescheduled for April. Alabama Psychiatry has gone to absolute garbage since their switch to telemedicine in 2020. The office staff shows zero regard for the well being of patients, it is impossible to schedule an emergency appointment in under 60 days, and necessary legal paperwork to maintain employment is ignored, lost, or never given to the doctors. Alabama Psychiatry's office staff are a barrier between you and your doctor, and the quality of medical care you receive is TERRIBLE now that they have switched to telemedicine - 15 minutes or less... read more

One of my children has been a patient of Ann’s for at least 2 years. We love this practice and their responsiveness when we have an issue. Ann has worked with us through many ups and downs to find what works best for our child and they are consistent and always caring. I highly recommend this practice.
