I can’t recommend Alabama Property and Estate Law enough. I had several complicated easement issues on my property that needed to be removed or changed, and there were multiple property owners involved, a lot of old records to research, and a ton of paperwork to get everything worked out. When my 90-year-old mother sold her house, a title search revealed an issue with the title that she was unaware of that prevented the sale from going through as planned.
