You can't never get them on the phone have a power outage you have to go through a stupid computer it's ridiculous that don't listen
I recently had to have the power to my house cut off while a pest control company put a cover on my gable vent. The vent is right next to the power lines connected to my house, so to safely put the cover on, power had to be turned off. Seriously! Someone needs to fix the phone machine! You can never get a hold of anyone, a real person atleast. It’s all machine. Thats ridiculous, and a USELESS phone line.
