I hate. Going to the computer because it never even comprehends what you say
Trifling is a understatement. I had to pay to have my services reconnected and was GUARANTEED services would be back on by 7pm. And yes I recorded the call because alabama power lie way to much so I made sure they had to stand on it. I have posted the entire conversation on social media and so many people have experienced the same thing. You need to train your employees better and stop lying as if all people are stupid. Your office should have honored what was told to THE PAYING CUSTOMER!
