I called and received some of the BEST customer service ever from Alabama Power since I have been a customer. Team members Tamara and Joshua Definitely made me feel valued and my Life so much easier. The time it took them to resolve my issue was quick and easy I would definitely recommend they receive an award or some sort of recognition for the excellent service they provide for paying customers. Go Tamara and Joshua!
