The service my grandmother was given was absolutely unacceptable. I am not one to ever leave bad reviews and I know people have bad days… we’re all human! Alabama Power is a failed company. It does not deserve even one star. As a former resident of TX I can assure you that their rate is too high. Unlike in TX, here in Alabama, where I live, the residents are forced to use only Alabama Power, there is no other company we could choose. You'd think that in a free market called Capitalism, the citizens would be able to pick and choose, but no! Not when it comes to electricity.
