I was named Director of Nursing in 1991. I was the DON at Coosa Valley Nursing Home. I enjoyed getting to know others and made many friends. The programs encouraged me to be proactive about guiding my fellow employees to follow rules all the time. I will also add we had a perfect Nursing state survey that year. Thank you for helping me do my best for my residents and help make me a little better person
I love working in Alabama and love all the support
