Went through the Alabama Land Title Company for the closing of our home. This is my fourth home, and I was impressed with the ease of the transaction. We worked with Brenda, who did a fantastic job in communicating and walking us through everything we needed to know before, during, and after the signing. She even gave us her cell number in case we had any questions after the signing. Top-notch title company! Great communication during the entire transaction. Would absolutely use them again.

Brenda, Demi, and the rest of the team in this office do a fantastic job. They work diligently, communicate, and have a ton of knowledge in what they do. Highly recommend.

Speaking personally, I cannot recommend Alabama Land Title Company, Inc. The Daphne, Alabama office recently closed a transaction in my neighborhood without paying the property owners association’s required transfer fee. They were advised of the transfer fee twice in advance of the closing. Other title companies have routinely included this fee in their closings for over 20 years. This unpaid required fee currently represents a cloud on the title to the property and is most likely headed to litigation. I'm considering report... read more
