Buying public, I am sharing my customer experience with this company - Alabama Kitchen and Bath. The Sales process and staff was 5 of 5, the template process was 5 of 5. My issue came with the installation and the follow-up correction attempts (1 of 5). After all of the installer issues, I was able to meet with the GM, Sales guy, template guy and their most experienced installer and arrived at a good place. Buying public, I am sharing my customer experience with this company - Alabama Kitchen and Bath. The Sales process and staff was 5 of 5, the template process was 5 of 5. My issue came with the installation and the follow-up correction attempts (1 of 5). The turnaround time was great but maybe too fast. The installers had a heck of a time installing the quartz stone.
