Not Reccomended Stephanie is great at customer service and follow up. The owner's son however is .... I was required to drive 4 hours to sign an application for insurance (they refuse to do anything via fax or email) and upon arrival ran in and back to the restroom. The owner's son (who had not bothered to get up to greet me as a customer) got up and followed me back to berate me over the fact that there was no public restroom. OK The staff here are not very friendly. The are not in a hurry to help you. I asked one of the staff there to fax me a copy of my insurance policy this morning around 8:00. It is now 2:25 and I can't get anyone to even answer the phone. I guess If you want cheap insurance you have to deal with cheap help.
GREAT RATES AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD INSURANCE FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY. I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN I RECIEVE WITH THE EMPLOYEES THERE.
Alabama Insurers Although they offer cheap rates, the staff is not very friendly, when you call for a quote, you have to make sure that they saved your quote in their system , after I got a quote over the phone, i went there, and they didn't have it on their computers!! Pros: Cheap Cons: not very friendly
