Visited office on 7/3 around 12:15 pm for quote on auto and home. Sign said open but doors locked. Called number, spoke to man saying he was in Gardendale and would be back at the store within 35 minutes. Gave him my phone number and told him to call me when he got back in. I never got a call back and when I visited the store again at it was still closed. Called again today, 7/8, and again he wasn't in the office claiming he had to go to Birmingham.
