The rating I'm giving is qðonly for one person and unfortunately for me this happened after almost two years of service. I wish I would've spoke with this person much earlier on. But thankfully today I was connected to Mrs Donna and oh my was she just a pleasure to work with. From the first 30 seconds I could tell she didn't have the normal judgmental attitude the others had. There was a lot of information needed to set up account and book appt, but customer service was excellent in working with me to get this done. She explained everything in detail and I was able to gather all the info needed. Donna did an excellent job.
