I have tried other Doctors and businesses and none even come close to what these professionals offer. I had wax in one ear and went to a MD to get it removed and thought I was going to jail before I got out of that office. Horrible experience. Then I found Alabama Hearing and had to have wax taken out of my ear again. There the treatment was professional, smooth as glass and the softest hands I have ever experienced. I went to Alabama Hearing Associates for hearing diagnosis. They have adequate testing facilities, tested my hearing and provided me with a hand written report. When it came to billing I was less satisfied. They had told me that they take Blue Cross Blue Shield, as I had asked before treatment if the diagnostics would be covered. I paid my deductable at the time of my visit, but later on they came to me for the full remaining balance of the visit, saying it was not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
