ALGX is a phenomenal company. I spoke with the company on Thursday to let them know my issue. After a price check they called me back on Friday and the product was in my office on Monday. Brad assured me that I could install the part myself and he even attached a video with step by step instruction. However If I wanted them to come they would schedule a install. 1, 2, 3 I installed it. Again I say phenomenal company!
