Not a good experience. Spoke with a Sr Loan Officer on phone before doing the application to explain that I was moving from FL and not exactly sure what area of AL I was moving to, so obviously didn't have any income until I settled down somewhere. The loan officer told me that shouldn't be a problem as I have an 800+ credit score and more than triple the amount of money in my bank account to cover the loan.
