Love Dr McClelland he has alway been so professional with me and my momma. We have seen him since he started here in Alabama when he was 24yrs old. His staff has nothing but the utmost respect for patients and are the sweetest ladies you could ask for.
My husband died after seeing him twice when he was in great health! He dismissed me as a patient because I lost a written prescription.
WENT TO THIS DOCTOR A WHILE BACK AND OBVIOUSLY HAD A BALANACE REMAINING. I DIDNT RECEIVE A BILL AND THE OFFICE STAFF CALLED MY OFFICE ONCE AND LEFT A MESSAGE. I WAS UNABLE TO RETURN THE CALL AT THE TIME AND SO THEY CALLED AGAIN. THE WOMAN WHO CALLED WAS NAMED ASHLEY AND SHE WAS THE RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER SPOKE TO AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO ME. SHE ALSO CALLED MY WORK AND GAVE OUT INFORMATION THAT IS ILLEGAL FOR HER TO GIVE OUT TO ANYONE.
